Tools that reduce the size of a file and repack it using some compression method called or notified as compression software. In Android platform there are thousands of apps that do the task. But most of them are same. They don't  support all features that might be needed to have in this category's software. Most common problem is all supports ZIP archive but don't support other such as 7z, RAR, B-zip.
