He is also married to his brother’s ex girlfriend Siya (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zarine_Khan" title="Zarine Khan">Zarine Khan). Just when everything was going perfect in Aditya's life, enters a business tycoon Saurabh Singhania (</a><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karan_Singh_Grover" title="Karan Singh Grover">Karan Singh Grover</a>) and makes Aditya an ‘indecent proposal’ which involves Siya. This immediately triggering a war between the two. The attacks, counter attacks starts between the two, as Saurabh bribes one of Aditya's factory worker to mix pesticides in his cola factory, forcing Aditya to shut down. Aditya puts all the blame in media, on one of his trusted employee Kaya (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisy_Shah" title="Daisy Shah">Daisy Shah</a>) and fires her. Kaya goes ahead and joins hands with Saurabh to pass on secret information of Aditya's business, but in reality Kaya is still working for Aditya and double crossing Saurabh. Saurabh on the other hand misguides her by telling her fake story about his sister committing suicide because of Aditya and uses Kaya to implicate Aditya further.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: left;"> He later recodes Kaya and Aditya's telephone conversation when Aditya tells Kaya to transport 100 million rupees to a local politician for his business benefits but Saurabh informs Income Tax department causing arrest of the Politician and a major loss to Aditya. Kaya to avoid been crushed between the two tycoons gets eloped, only to be found and murdered by Saurabh. Saurabh later frames Aditya in Kaya's murder and gets him arrested. Seeing all the evidence going against her husband, Siya goes to Saurabh to compromise. To her shock she notices a tattoo on Saurabh's shoulder and realizes that he is actually Aditya's elder brother Vikram (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Priyanshu_Chatterjee" title="Priyanshu Chatterjee">Priyanshu Chatterjee), who survived the plan crash "which was planned by Aditya & Siya to get all his property'' and returned back after plastic surgery seeking for revenge.</a></div> <div style="text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: left;"> Saurabh ask's Siya to name all their property back to him, in exchange of Aditya's proof of innocence. Siya instead poisons Saurabh and get the proofs, which helps Aditya to get bail but Saurabh ends up in hospital. Aditya goes back to join his office, but Saurabh runs away from the hospital and reaches to Aditya. After a dreadful fight between the two, Saurabh kills both Aditya and Siya. It is later revealed that Saurabh is not Vikram but his best friend Karan. Vikram survived the plane crash but got disabled. Hence, Karan gets the same tattoo on his shoulder and seeks revenge for his best friend.
