So, after a long time waiting we are now able to flash our device(W125). But unfortunately, still now, there is no way to directly flash Symphony W125. So, you should download the Fly 446 stock ROM. This will work as the alternative of original stock ROM. Please Note, TWRP recovery is used in addition to stock recovery. If you need stock recovery, just extract stock recovery.rar and replace with recovery.There are two ways to flash ROM in symphony W125. SP Flash Tool & TWRP recovery.
Flash using SPFT:
1. Download all files and put the files in a Folder. (Must be in same folder). Unrar SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119.rar and open flash_tool.exe.
2. Now click on scatter loading as shown below.

3. Now load MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc as below.
4. Now click firmware->upgrade to start procedure.
5. Now, turn off your phone and remove battery. Reinsert battery and connect phone to pc using data cable. If everything is ok, procedure will be started and it will show you a message like below when procedure finished. Don't turn the mobile on.
Procedure to flash custom ROM:
1. Now press power button+vol up button for a few second.
2. You will see TWRP recovery has launched
3. Touch on "wipe". Then, one by one select Cache, Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset and System.
4. Click "install" and brows the downloaded .zip(ROM) file. Swap the screen to start flashing.
5. Wait for a while. Then, wipe Cache and dalvik Cache. Reboot to system.
6. Wait for starting system. First boot can take up to three minutes. So don't worry.
