What You will Need?
- DroidCam server application.
- DroidCam Client Application [Linux users download from here]
- A windows/linux based machine
- OEM Driver [for USB Communication]
- ADB Driver [for UsB Communication]
- Working Internet connection when installing client application
Installing Your Device as WebCam
- First install DroidCam server app in your android and client app in your desktop machine
- Install OEM, ADB driver
- Connect your device, turn on USB debugging and let your computer to install drivers for your device
- Launch DroidCam app from Android device and open client app by double clicking your desktop shortcut.
- Click on USB and select Audio if you want to use as mic. Click on start.
- Congrats! your device is now started acting like as a webcam. Do whatever you want with your webcam
